Here is some rules for my commission,
Please do note that the prices above are for personal uses. For commercial uses, the price will be higher.
• The artist (Outters.) will NOT do:
- hentai, ecchi (NSFW).
- gore.
• The artist accept payments in USD through PayPal or Payoneer.
• The artist(Outters.) can use the sketches and the final picture as she finds suitable (post it in social medias etc).
• The artist can keep the copyright, unless we had some sort of agreement before we done the commission.
• DO NOT pay before the artist accept your request & we both agree on the composition sketch.
• Client can use it for their commercial project with some sort of agreement before we done the commission. The price will be higher and might include royalties depends on what kind of commercial project you'd like to do.
• Client DOES NOT hold the right to use the artwork in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
• Client have the right to request refund, but only before the artist have started on your commission.
• Client can post the picture on social medias or any other galleries but client has to mention the artist if the artwork is published.

Here is my working process:

1.I will discuss with you about your project detail and confirm the product you oder.

2. I will send you the first invoice through PayPal/Payoneer (or notify you through email/note and share my paypal.me link). This invoice is for the first payment which is 50% of the full price.

After that, I will draw some rough composition sketches and send them to you so you can choose which one you want me to finish.You get three revision chances at this stage. (If you cancel the order at this stage, you will be charged a draft design fee of USD 50)

3. Then I will start working on it until the final artwork. I will show you drawing in line art/ flat coloring/ final three stages and discuss with you. During the line art and flat coloring stages, you have the opportunity each to make one revision. After that, you do NOT have a chance for revision and cancellation.

4. The rest of the payment will be sent after I'm done with the final picture and you already agree with it. After I get the payment, I will mail the artwork to you. You will get a printable high resolution .jpeg or .png in 4000x4000px, 300 dpi.

§委託圖基本規格為4000×4000 pixel/ 300dpi (若想調整比例跟大小可以事前討論，若沒特別提，就會以此規格進行繪圖）

§不接受買斷，接案作品繪師依然保有人格權，可隨需求公開在自己的社群帳號或作品集裡。

§接受商用委託，但價格會比非商用高50%

§委託方不得將此圖進行二次販賣，如將其拿去做NFT等類型的貨幣。

§委託方可公開作品，但需提及或註明繪師名字。

流程
• 與委託方討論溝通、確定委託內容後報價(委託價格+加購項目)

• 委託方將定金(總額50%)款項入帳，並經繪師方確認款項後開始繪製「草稿」，提供修改三次(該階段若取消訂單，則收取草稿設計費用1500)

• 草稿定案後，進入「上色底稿」作業，定案前可修改一次(「上色底稿」經確認定案後無法取消訂單及退款)

• 完稿階段將成圖樣品發送給委託方確認，收到尾款總額(50%)款項後將成圖(原始大小)以信箱寄送給委託方。
